System Requirements

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:

For optimal performance of RaPTr Server, computers/server running the software are recommended to meet or exceed the following hardware requirements:
• CPU: Intel Core i5 Standard Power processor, Intel Core i7 Standard Power processor, or Intel Xeon family processor
• RAM: 16 GB minimum
• 256 GB SSD. Size dependent upon Image Storage Purge Frequency or Image Storage Size Limit parameters

RaPTr Server is compatible with the following 64-bit operating systems:
• Windows Server 2022
• Windows Server 2019
• Windows Server 2016
• Windows 10 Enterprise
• Windows 10 Pro (V1803 and later)

.NET:

RaPTr Server relies on and automatically installs .Net 6.0. Machines running newer versions of .Net may have compatibility issues.

Web Browser:

The following are the minimum software requirements for accessing RaPTr Web Reporting Server:
• Chrome browser version 87
• Apple Safari version 13.0.4
• Mozilla Firefox version 84
• Microsoft Edge version 87

Databases:

The following are the minimum database requirements for RaPTr Server:
• MySQL version (Maria DB 10.6) (if applicable)
• SQL Server version 15.0 (if applicable)
• Oracle version 18C (if applicable)

NETWORK REQUIREMENTS:

RaPTr Scanner to RaPTr Server

UDP Port 52324	Default port for communicating to RaPTr Scanner from RaPTr Server via ABP.
UDP Port 52325	Default port for communicating to RaPTr Server from RaPTr Scanner via ABP.
TCP Port 52325	Default port for communicating to RaPTr Server from RaPTr Scanner via ABP. Used for image transmission purposes.

RaPTr Server to Supervisor

HTTP Port 52328	Default port for communicating to SAP Gateway or the Supervisor from RaPTr Server over REST.
HTTP Port 53239	Default port for communicating to RaPTr Server from SAP Gateway or the Supervisor over REST.
HTTP Port 42328	Default port for communicating to SAP Gateway or the Supervisor from RaPTr Server over REST using SSL.
HTTP Port 42329	Default port for communicating to RaPTr Server from SAP Gateway or the Supervisor over REST using SSL.

Licensing

Default port for RaPTr Server to communicate to the Artemis Licensing Server.

Reporting
